Pacifica the Ocean Beauty

Sooooo I got creative and began to think up of ideas for a fighting game. What I came up with is a comedic-styled fighting game about Beast Masters and Beasts. I got around to coming up with a bunch of ideas for characters, and I'll post them all here. This is Pacifica the Ocean Beauty, a character that is very stuck-up, loves to torment others, and always views herself as better than everyone else. Her beast is a little goldfish named Bubbles.
